Step 3 — Finish and labor estimate. Staining, hand-finishing, end-cap assembly, and packaging labor are itemized. For distressed or hand-hewn textures, we estimate per-piece finishing time because the work cannot be fully automated.
Step 4 — Logistics and Incoterms. We price EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP based on your preference. For DDP, we need a door-level postal code or a named seaport and inland trucking leg.
Step 5 — Validity window. Every quote carries a 30- or 60-day validity, after which raw material and freight cost fluctuations require a re-quote. We flag this on the cover page.
